Athens Music Week 2020

Phygital Edition. International music meeting, Convention and Showcase Festival
June 16 - 21 2020.
Held in June of 2020, just a short period after the lockdown, due to COVID-19, Athens Music Week, was decided to be a "phygital" event (connection physical & digital worlds). That was decided pretty soon, during the spring lockdown and it was a really good decision. The outcome was a programme that was broadcasted and live streamed via social media for 6 days. AWM 2020 included the conference, panels, workshops and live events, having 28 artists, 50 speakers from 17 countries. Most of the content was pre-recorded in Athens, Greece and we also had many from artists across Europe performing live and then having a live Q's and A's section.

Following the concept of a big round element that we had at the 2019 edition, that represents the sound wave and the music. We added a box around it that represents the "quarantine" phygital edition. All artwork was based in four main colours, that create a pop gradient colour. 
We designed all the digital material for the social media, targeting instagram and facebook mainly but also some elements for the website. The production team worked for over two months to produce 56 hours of quality content that you can find here. Take a look at the facebook video gallery here.
